These Terms govern alabaoeats.com and Alabao Eats food and membership services.
By ordering, subscribing, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Service area
Delivery and catering are limited to Cape Coral, Florida.
We may decline addresses outside the city.
Membership credits do not expand the map.
Orders and catering
Quotes, menus, special-order counts, and windows are confirmed in writing (email, form, or account note).
Food is prepared for the confirmed drop. Allergies must be disclosed before we cook.
We may cancel for weather, kitchen capacity, or an out-of-area address.
Memberships
Plans bill weekly through Stripe until canceled.
Meals apply to the current week and do not require us to deliver unused drops after cancel.
Manage payment method, invoices, and cancel in Stripe’s Customer Portal from your membership area.
Card processing surcharge
Card payments include a 3% processing surcharge equal to card cost, disclosed before checkout.
On memberships Stripe bills the plan price plus a separate Card processing (3%) line each week.
The surcharge is not a tip and is not a tax.
Website use
Use this site only for lawful orders and memberships. Do not disrupt the service or impersonate others.
Menu copy describes the kitchen in general terms. Confirm the day’s list when you order.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Alabao Eats is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
